Biography

Neelakshi Chaturvedi is a seasoned academic and training professional with over 15 years of experience in the fields of education, international relations, and corporate learning. Her professional journey reflects a blend of academic depth, global engagement, and strategic outreach.

She plays a pivotal role in building corporate partnerships and strengthening institutional outreach. With her keen understanding of organisational learning needs, Neelakshi specialises in collaborating with HR leaders to design and implement impactful corporate training programs for top and mid-level managers. Her work contributes significantly to business development and revenue generation through learning-driven engagement initiatives.

At JILDEE, she leads training programs focused on leadership, behavioural skills, communication, and professional development, ensuring that every program delivers measurable outcomes and lasting value.

Before joining JILDEE, Neelakshi headed IAESTE India, where she spent over eight years facilitating international exchange programs for students and professionals. She also has an extensive background in management education, having served as an Assistant Professor, where she nurtured young minds with a focus on cross-cultural learning and global exposure.

Academically, Neelakshi is pursuing her Ph.D. in International Relations from JECRC University, Jaipur. She completed her Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a major in Marketing in 2010 from JECRC College, Jaipur, and is a science graduate from Janki Devi Bajaj Girls College, Kota.
