Atharva is Assistant Lecturer and Faculty Coordinator (International Collaborations) at Jindal Global Law School. He completed his master’s degree (LL.M.) at the Department of Law, and Department of Philosophy, Logic and Scientific Method at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in 2018. In 2017, Atharva graduated with B.Sc. LL.B. (Hons.) from Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar.
At JGLS, Atharva has taught Constitutional Law II, Interpretation of Statutes, and Intellectual Property Law to undergraduate students. His research interests include constitutional theory and comparative constitutional law, law, ethics and regulation of emerging technologies (especially artificial intelligence and human enhancement technologies), moral and political philosophy and intellectual property law.
