The programme has been also designed after many stakeholder consultations with educational leaders within India and abroad. Even though it is an online MA programme, it involves experiential and project-based learning. Alongside, recorded lectures and self-study materials, students get an opportunity to interact with the faculty members and external experts during live synchronous online sessions every week.
The entire programme is divided into 4 terms. The first 2 terms involve core foundational courses, while the 3rd term offers specialisation in school education or higher education and the fourth term is devoted to research-based capstone projects, that the students will need to undertake and present successfully in order to get the degree awarded.
