IDEATE Lab is JGU’s flagship university-wide interdisciplinary initiative for fostering an innovative entrepreneurial mindset, venture development capacity, and early-stage investor readiness. It also anchors the Family Business Centre (FBC).
The Family Business Centre (FBC) is housed within IDEATE Lab as a JGU wide initiative. It focuses on supporting business families through education, capability development, ecosystem connects, mentoring, consulting and international collaborations to help drive their family business’ performance, resilience, cohesion, governance and legacy impacts to the next level. The Centre recognizes the unique dynamics and impact of family businesses in India's growth story and works with both next-generation, incumbent generation family business leaders as well as their various stakeholders.
