Prof. (Dr.) Shilpi received her PhD in competition law from the Erasmus University Rotterdam (as part of the European Doctorate in Law and Economics) in 2016. Her thesis was titled ‘Competition Law and the Bounded Rationality of Firms’. Shilpi’s areas of interest are competition law, contract law, behavioural law and economics and law and economics. Previously, Shilpi has practiced securities law at Linklater’s LLP in Singapore. She received the Olin Fellowship to pursue an LL.M. at University of Virginia where her course work orientation was on law and economics.
