Elizabeth Lyn is an Assistant Lecturer and Assistant Dean of JSGP Online Programs in the Jindal School of Government and Public Policy. She has completed a Master's in Economics from Loyola College, Chennai, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Jesus & Mary College, Delhi. She previously worked as a Deputy Manager (Research) at Sambodhi Research and Communication, where she was involved in harnessing data, evidence, and technology to enable multi-stakeholder collaboration and the creation of solutions. Prior to that, she worked as a Research Associate at the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT), New Delhi, where she was involved in the ex-ante analysis of a potential trade agreement between India and the European Union. Before her time at IIFT, she worked as a Research Associate at the National Council of Applied Economic Research (NCAER), New Delhi, where she was primarily involved in the preparation of State-level Satellite accounts for the health, education, and tourism sectors. She also contributed to the Economic Impact Assessment of Kempegowda International Airport (KIAB). Elizabeth is passionate about pursuing interdisciplinary research in the social sciences. Her areas of interest include Behavioral Economics, International Economics, Gender Studies, Financial Development and Inclusion, Health Economics, Climate Change, Women's Empowerment, and Development Alternatives.
