This specialisation encourages inter-disciplinarity between 'corporate laws' and 'financial and economic laws'.
It provides a unique opportunity to understand various aspects of corporate laws including modes of investment, associated risk, decision making process and underlying challenges and impediments. This specialisation helps the students in understanding restructuring, risk & return, merger & acquisitions etc. for financial stability of the company. Courses are taught by experienced academicians who have adopted a unique way to blend theory with real world transaction-oriented approach.
LL.M. in Corporate and Financial Law and Policy is a 24-credit programme including three core courses, six specialized courses and a dissertation.

ADMISSION Requirements for international students
International applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree in Law from any foreign university, duly recognized under the law of the home country. Students graduating in the year 2025 may also apply, subject to completion of their Bachelor’s degree and submission of their final degree certificate/mark sheet/grade card at the time of admission.
