Thomas Mical is Professor of Architectural Theory and Dean of the Jindal School of Architecture, Jindal Global University (Delhi NCR, India). He has been a tenured Professor in Architecture and Urbanism the US, Canada, New Zealand, China, and Australia. In Australia he was A/Prof at the University of South Australia and served in multiple acting research leadership roles across the design and humanities fields. He has studied Design School leadership at RMIT and been visiting Professor at the University of Adelaide. His current research examines the hypermodern condition, theories of invisibility and transparency, and recently turned to aspects of everyday magical urbanism and speculative landscapes, both real and imaginary.
