Prof Dr Saloni Khanderia is presently an Associate Professor and Deputy Controller of Examinations. She specialises and writes extensively on Private International Law - focusing on contemporary issues affecting the Indian legal system. She has previously worked with the National Law University, Delhi as a Research Associate. Dr. Khanderia has also been awarded the prestigious Global Excellence and Stature Fellowship, consequent to which, she was employed as a postdoctoral research fellow in the University of Johannesburg: portfolio – International Commercial Law, where she worked for a period of one year eight months. During her tenure as a PDRF at the University of Johannesburg, the Research Centre for Private International Law in Emerging Countries (UJ) funded her second LL.M for excellent contribution in terms of research as a postdoctoral fellow, for the Centre.
Her other achievements include a five-month scholarship to conduct research at UNIDROIT in Rome and the National Research Foundation (NRF) Innovation Fellowship for a period of two years.
