On 5 November 2018, The Centre for India-Australia Studies in collaboration with the Centre for Comparative and Global Education (CCGE) and the International Institute for Higher Education Research and Capacity Building (IIHEd) hosted a round-table discussion with Dr. Sarojni Choy, Associate Professor, School of Education and Professional Studies, Griffith University and members of faculty from O.P. Jindal Global University. The theme of the Roundtable discussions was “Faculty Development and Higher & Vocational Education: Possibilities of Research Partnership with Australia”. Mr. Sam Freeman, India Lead of Queensland Skills and Education Consortium also accompanied Dr. Choy for the Roundtable discussions. Numerous ideas were shared by participants about how institutions can collaborate and engage in higher education and skills development training.
