On 18 March 19, Evan Bendelstein, a corporate lawyer and policy advisor from Australia delivered a lecture on “Foreign Investment Law in Australia” at O.P. Jindal Global University in Sonipat. Evan discussed the regulatory framework that governs inbound foreign direct investment, making some comparisons to the Indian system. The lecture was attended by students enrolled in the Comparative Australia Studies elective at Jindal Global Law School.
