JSJC is hosted an interactive student’s workshop on Gender & Media Literacy titled ‘Picture Abhi Baaki Hai: Gender Representation in Life & Media’ on April 23 (Thursday), from 3:45 pm to 5:45 pm at the New Film & TV Studio.
 
The session was led by Ms. Vidya Shah, Director – Programs, Centre for Media & Alternative Communication. A celebrated singer and musician from New Delhi, Ms. Shah is known for her powerful performances and compositions, and made her Bollywood debut in Manto with the stirring Bol ke lab azaad hain tere. 
 
There were engaging discussions, fresh perspectives, and a chance to rethink how gender shows up on and off screen.
