Swati Singh

Prof. Swati Singh is an Assistant Professor of Legal Practice at the Jindal Global Law School, O.P. Jindal Global University. Swati holds a B.A. LL.B. degree from NALSAR University of Law (2013), and an LL.M. from the University of Cambridge (2023) where she was a Chevening and Cambridge Trust Scholar. Prior to joining JGLS, Swati worked at leading Indian law firms, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas and AZB & Partners, with their transactional law and dispute resolution practices. Swati went on to work with non-profit organizations on criminal justice and human rights issues, and has also practiced before the courts of Mumbai and Delhi with a focus on criminal law and family law.
Swati’s broad research interests include criminal law, family law, and human rights law.”
