This special edition developed as part of the BILETA Symposium titled ‘Finding an Optimal Way to Tackle the Technology Maze: Mapping Law and Policy Interventions’ organised by the Jindal Institute of Behavioural Sciences (JIBS) & Centre for Intellectual Property and Technology Law (CIPTEL) at O.P. Jindal Global University, India, in collaboration with the esteemed British and Irish Law Education and Technology Association (BILETA), examines the interplay between law and technology.
