Sherin has completed her B.A.,LL.B. (Hons) in the year 2016. She acquired her LL.M in International Commercial Law in 2018 from University College of Dublin, Ireland, where she chose corporate governance and white collar crime modules along with International Commercial Arbitration, Human rights, Media and Environmental law. She also has a diploma in“Entrepreneurship Administrative and Business Laws” from NUJS,West Bengal. She wrote her dissertation on Corporate Manslaughter and Homicide Act: India awaits a legislation in relation to the principle of piercing of corporate veil

She has also practiced in High Court and law firm before joining Hindalco Industries Limited as an in house counsel, where she managed the west region of the country and has a great exposure to Contract Management, Compliances, Litigation, Commercial negotiations. Her field of interests include Corporate law, Intellectual Property law and International Human Rights.”
