Savita Dahiya

Savita is a Faculty in the area of Finance at Jindal Global Law School, O.P. Jindal Global (Institution of Eminence Deemed To Be University). She has recently submitted her Ph.D. Thesis at IIT Roorkee. She has earned an MBA with a specialization in Finance from MD University Rohtak and qualified for UGC Junior Research Fellowship in 2012. Her research interest is in modeling of stock market volatility under different conditions of risk and uncertainty. Her teaching interest lies in various courses in finance and quantitative approach to decision making. She also has a teaching experience of more than two years before joining Ph.D. at IIT Roorkee and has taught various courses related to finance and decision science. She has published and presented research papers and articles at various international conferences.
