Saurabh Sood

Saurabh has completed doctoral studies at the National Law School of India University, Bengaluru, where his research was focussed on cross-border mergers and acquisitions. Saurabh’s current area of interest lies in the assessment of companies’ environmental liabilities. He is working towards the understanding of sustainability issues and examining the environmental impact of businesses. He has a few publications to his credit.
