Sabreen Ahmed is an Assistant Professor at Jindal Global Law School, O.P Jindal Global. She holds a Masters in Law from the prestigious University College London. Before joining JGLS, she worked as a Caseworker with Intervene Project, UK, an organization dedicated to preserving prisoners’ rights.

Before that, she worked in the capacity of a legal researcher and legal associate with reputed organizations like the Delhi State Legal Services Authority and other law firms in India. Due to her experience in two different jurisdictions, she carries a broad and comparative outlook on human rights.

Further, she has published and presented various papers on themes of human rights with journals and conferences of international reputation. Additionally, she carries editorial experience through her previously held position of Technical Editor with The International Review of Human Rights Journal.

Sabreen Ahmed has previously worked as a Legal Researcher and Legal Associate at government institutions and law firms in India. She has also worked as a caseworker at a UK-based Charity, Intervene Project, handling cases concerning prisoners’ rights. Additionally, she has participated in international conferences concerning human rights issues in South Africa and the UK. She is currently an Assistant Editor for the Jindal Global Law Review, a flagship Scopus-indexed journal of Jindal Global Law School.
