The Centre offers expertise in different methodologies and its interdisciplinary interests spreads across analytical jurisprudence, moral and political philosophy, comparative public law, empirical studies, and law and economics. Research at the Centre is driven by diverse concerns including, justice, violence, accountability, and coercion. Approaches adopted by researchers in the Centre traverse geographical and political hemispheres of thought. Current public law projects at the Centre are focused on judicial reasoning and empirical judicial studies. The Centre aims to remain a destination for world-renowned scholars and public intellectuals.
