Introduction

CADR is a faculty-run association of researchers, focusing on creating thought leadership through dialogues, research, training and stakeholder participation in the field of Alternative Dispute Resolution. Under the aegis of the Jindal Global Law School, CADR aims to encourage research collaborations with relevant stakeholders, resulting in publications in the form of research papers, white papers, and reports on current and pressing issues prevalent in the field. CADR further aims to encourage faculty and students to engage in ADR-related developments
