Prof. Varsha Mohan graduated from School of Law, Christ University, Bengaluru and went on to pursue her masters in Global Governance and Human Rights Law from Tel Aviv University, Israel. While at Tel Aviv university, she served as an assistant editor in Theoretical Inquiries in Law, a biannual peer-reviewed law journal published by Tel Aviv University. She also worked as a graduate research assistant during her LL.M., researching in niche topics under International Humanitarian Law. Prior to joining Jindal Global Law School, she worked as a faculty at National Law University, Jodhpur and Nirma University, Ahmedabad administering courses in Public International Law, Human Rights Law and International Humanitarian Law.
Her areas of research interest includes interplay between International Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law, Global Citizenship Governance, Law and Religion, and Law and Feminism.
