Prof. Rakesh Singh

Prof. Rakesh Singh is Associate Professor of Legal Practice, Jindal Global Law School, O.P. Jindal Global (Institution of Eminence Deemed To Be University). He holds LL.M. from the Queen Mary University of London in Comparative International Dispute Resolution and LL.M. in Access to Justice from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. Qualified National Eligibility Test, 2016. He completed his BA.LL. B (Hons.) from Chanakya National Law University, Patna. 

He started his career as an editor in All India Reporter, Nagpur. He then worked as Advocate at Patna High Court. Construction contract dispute was his area of practice. He had represented State of Bihar for road construction dispute under the Prime Minister Gram Sadak Yojna (PMGSY). Before joining JGU, he was an Assistant Professor at University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun.
