Mukesh Arora

Prof. Mukesh Arora is an Indian qualified lawyer and holds an LL.M. from Queen Mary University of London. His course work at Queen Mary University of London during which his areas of focus included mergers & acquisitions, insolvency laws, and international commercial litigation. Prior to joining JGU, he worked with a corporate law firm as an associate under the mentorship and guidance of Qualified Solicitor of England and Wales. He has Advised e- commerce entities for the compliance of fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and cosmetic and drugs products under relevant provision of Food Standards Act, 1999, Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and Legal Metrology Act, 2009 and their requirements in context of manufacturing, sales, transport, exhibit and storage license. He has also worked with various startups and e-commerce entities as a legal consultant advising them on legal, compliance, and regulatory issues.

His research areas include corporate laws and insolvency laws.
