Prof. Kanishka Sewak

Prof. Kanishka Sewak is an Associate Professor at the Jindal Global Law School. In the year 2012, he was awarded fellowship to pursue LL.M. from University of Turin, Italy where he specialised in International Trade Law and holds B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) from Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law Punjab. He has also qualified National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by UGC. He started his career in academia as an Assistant Professor in 2015 and have since taught subjects like Public International Law, Law of Taxation, Labour Law, Laws relating to Intellectual Property Rights etc. His research area is International Taxation with special focus on Base Erosion and Profit Shifting Regime of OECD. He has presented papers in international and national conferences on topics relating to International Taxation and data protection laws.
