Prof. Ishita Sharma

Prof. Ishita Sharma is an Associate Professor, Jindal Global Law School. She holds a Master of Laws in Commercial Laws from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Her Master’s dissertation examined the Indian patent regime with regard to the pharmaceutical industry. She has interned with various international and national law firms. Her areas of interest include Competition Law, Criminal Law and Intellectual Property Law.
