Prof. Gagan Kumar Kwatra brings deep experience and content knowledge in the fields of Arbitration and Taxation. Prior to joining JGLS he was a Visiting Professor at the National Law University, Delhi. Before that he was heading the Indian Council of Arbitration, the apex body in India for arbitration and alternate dispute resolution. He also served the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry for over 30 years heading the Taxation and International Business Law divisions.

He spoke at various International Conferences organized amongst others by International Council of Commercial Arbitration (ICCA), International Chamber of Commerce’s Court of Arbitration, Paris, International Congress of Maritime Arbitrators, Kuala Lampur Regional Arbitration Center, International Law Association, Asia Pacific Regional Arbitration Group and International Federation of commercial Arbitration Institutions; Organized the ICCA conference in India in 1997; Judged the William C Vis Moot Court Competition on Arbitration in Austria.
