Prof. Anshuman Shukla was Assistant Professor (Law) at NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad from 2013-16, where he primarily taught in the fields of Constitutional and Administrative Law. He holds an LL.M. from the University of Cambridge (2016-17) as a Cambridge Trust & Commonwealth Scholar (joint scholarship). He also holds another LL.M. from NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad (2011-13). He pursued his B.Sc. (Hons.) in Computer Science from Hansraj College, University of Delhi (2005-08), which was followed by an LL.B. from Faculty of Law, University of Delhi (2008-11). He cleared National Eligibility Test (NET) of University Grants Commission (UGC) and was awarded Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) in 2012. In June 2015, he participated and presented his paper on the scope of lobbying regulation in the 4th Annual International Conference on Law, Regulations and Public Policy (LRPP 2015) held at Singapore, which was subsequently published in the International Journal of Law and Social Sciences (JLSS) Vol. 4 No. 2. His research interest pertains to the field of constitutional theory, particularly exploring the interfaces between constitutional historicism (constitution as a historical narrative) and constitutional interpretation (judicial and non-judicial).
