Prof. Anny Gabriela Molina Ochoa is an Assistant Professor at the O.P. Jindal Global University. She graduated from the National Autonomous University of Honduras and obtained her Law degree with honors Cum Laude. In Honduras, she has worked in several government institutions, first at the Attorney General of the Republic Office, as a prosecutor and specialized in white-collar crimes, and worked as the assistant of the Secretary General of the Finance Secretary in Honduras.

She received a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from The Pennsylvania State University, USA, with concentrations in Public Interest Law, Environmental Law, Science, and Technology. And a Master’s degree in criminal law and criminal procedure from The Institute of Legal Study and Research, Nicaragua.

Anny’s research interests include public interest law, international comparative law, and environmental, science and technology law.
