Prof. Ananya Agarwal

Ananya Agarwal is an Assistant Lecturer at Jindal Global Law School. She completed her undergraduate studies in law from Galgotias University , Greater Noida in summer of 2019. She subsequently went on to pursue her master’s in law degree (2022) from Queen Mary University of London. At the Queen Mary University of London, she specialized in Corporate and Commercial Law. She wrote her thesis Analysis of Special Purpose Acquisition Company development & policies with respect UK & USA and its emergence in India . Her research interest lies in Commercial laws, primarily in Securities Regulation Laws, Insolvency Law, and Merger & Acquisition.

Prior to joining Jindal, she worked in a boutique UK law Firm, where her work consisted of commercial law-based matters and advisory on conveyancing matters for international clients.
