Phil M Raju completed his BBA LLB from School of Law, Christ University in 2016. Having been an enrolled member of the Indian Bar Council and qualified to practice, he worked as an associate for law firms, in Intellectual Property for two years. Thereafter, he went on to complete his Masters (L.L.M.) in Intellectual Property from Queen Mary University of London in 2019, with a special focus on Arbitration of Intellectual Property disputes.
A basketball enthusiast, he has represented and won accolades for his Alma Maters for numerous cultural and sports events.
Phil’s areas of interest include Contracts, Torts, Arbitration and Intellectual Property Laws. He aims to create a better understanding of intellectual property for laymen and effect change in policy and procedure for a better functioning of the IP regime.
