Biography

Paarth is a faculty at Jindal Global Law School, O.P. Jindal Global University. He has been a Research Fellow with the Jean Monnet Chair in Multi-dimensional Approaches to the Understanding of the EU Data Protection Framework [2020-2023] at O.P. Jindal Global University. He is also involved in research work with the Centre for Research in Medicine, Law & Bioethics (CMLAB), Jindal Global Law School for the Thakur Foundation Grant. He has an avid interest in data protection. He has published articles on data protection in journals, including the International Review of Law, Computers and Technology, Tilburg Law Review, European Data Protection Law Review, the Journal of Data Protection & Privacy, International Journal of Law and Management, the Economic & Political Weekly and the Indian Journal of Medical Ethics. His forthcoming co-authored book with Springer publisher is titled, Introduction to Data Protection Law – Cases and Materials from the EU.
