Nidhi Padam

Nidhi Padam completed her B.A.LL.B.(Hons.) from National University of Study and Research in Law (NUSRL) Ranchi in 2017 with international law honours. nSoon after graduation she practiced litigation criminal law for 3 years in Madhya Pradesh High Court and Supreme Court, and moved to London for her masters. While pursuing her LL.M. (Criminal Justice) from Queen Mary University of London, Nidhi started a job in her second semester as a case worker in an immigration law firm, Global Law Solicitors, in London. With the growing interest in the intriguing field of law – immigration law, Nidhi currently holds an experience of about two years in the subject.

Nidhi opened her own law firm, RNP Legal (UK) Ltd. in London in 2023 and is continuing to practice immigration law. Nidhi advises clients on personal, business and corporate immigration and holds expertise in solving complex immigration law issues such as border detention, asylum and refugee laws. During her time in the UK, Nidhi has also been given the status of a delegate member of the United Nations Women UK (vol) as she maintained a character for voicing the rights of women including victims of acid attack.

Apart from this, Nidhi has always been keentowards the teaching profession and holds it in highest esteem. She believes in the ideology that spreading of knowledge opens avenues to new possibilities and with the skill set she has, she wishes to impart legal education to young students guiding and nurturing them to be the best of themselves.
