The Centre for International Investment and Trade Laws (CIITL) welcomes you to the next edition of CIITL Lecture Series which will be delivered by Dr. Ylli Dautaj. The lecture is scheduled for 6th March, 4PM onwards at the Imaginarium, Savitri Jindal Faculty Office Block. 

Dr. Ylli Dautaj is a Visiting Associate Professor at Penn State Law and Partner at DER Disputes, Stockholm. As a scholar and practitioner in international commercial and investment arbitration, Dr. Dautaj has a wealth of knowledge and experiences to share on the resolution of contract and treaty-based international disputes. In this guest lecture, he will be speaking on "Legitimacy Crisis in Investment Arbitration", a subject of increasing importance given the fractured state of the legal order governing international economic relations today. The lecture should be of particular interest to colleagues working broadly in international economic law and students who are considering careers in international economic law and dispute resolution.
