Trial Advocacy Society invites you to attend an interactive workshop on Intellectual Property Rights Litigation, conducted by Advocate Varun Singh, Managing Partner at Foresight Law Offices, Delhi, scheduled to take place on 7th March 2025. This workshop presents a unique opportunity to gain insights into the complexities of IPR disputes and engage with another seasoned legal practitioner through a case-based approach.

The evolving nature of Intellectual Property law necessitates a strong understanding of its litigation landscape.
