The Centre for International Legal Studies (CILS) organized a roundtable discussion on the topic 'Why International Law?'. Nine distinguished speakers across three different schools at JGU (JGLS, JSIA and JSLH) will answered this question from a distinct standpoint, revealing the rich tapestry of perspectives that shape the international legal order. The format of this event is meant to foster direct engagement, allowing attendees to consider how different viewpoints can both converge and diverge on key issues.
