Inaugural Annual Criminal Law Conference being organised by the Trial Advocacy Society of Jindal Global Law School in collaboration with the K.K. Luthra & Nirmal Luthra Centre for Comparative Criminal Law & Criminal Justice Studies. The theme for this year’s conference is “Year One on the Ground: India’s New Criminal Codes in Review”. The event will feature distinguished speakers, including members of the judiciary, senior advocates, academics, and practitioners, with the Hon’ble Mr. Justice Joymalya Bagchi, Judge, Supreme Court of India delivering the Inaugural Address.
