We are honored to host two distinguished legal professionals:

Ms. Mehak Khanna - Partner at Khaitan & Khaitan
Bio of the Speaker - Ms. Mehak Khanna is Partner at Khaitan & Khaitan, leading the corporate and commercial practice with over 15 years of experience in M&A, PE, contracts, sports law, fundraise, investments, and compliance. LL.M from the London School of Economics (LSE). Experienced in handling high-value transactions and legal matters across sectors like FMCG, tech, fintech, sports, and e-commerce, with expertise spanning India, the Middle East, the US, and Southeast Asia. Recognized by Forbes as one of the top under-40 GCs, named one of five unstoppable women global leaders by Women World-India, and awarded by ET Prime as an Emerging Young/Woman Leader.

Mr. Bharat S. Kumar - Associate Partner, Saikrishna & Associates 
Bio of the Speaker- Mr. Bharat is a dispute resolution and litigation lawyer at Saikrishna & Associates, specializing in civil, commercial, IP, arbitration, and criminal law. He successfully argued a landmark Delhi High Court case on the 'right to work in a safe environment' for an Armed Forces member, involving a MiG 21 defect. Former panel counsel for the Delhi Government and CPCB, Bharat currently serves as panel counsel for DTU and as an arbitrator for NIXI and GIMAC.

Ms. Mehak Khanna, Partner at Khaitan & Khaitan will be speaking on "Startups: Investor Fund Raise Negotiations and Documentation." She will cover key legal aspects for Indian startups, including:

  • Entity structure
  • Compliance
  • Common DD issues/investor concerns
  • Contracts
  • Funding considerations, along with the Startup India initiative

Mr. Bharat Kumar, Senior Associate at Saikrishna & Associates, will discuss "Essentials of Litigation and Advocacy." His session will cover:
