As we gather for the National Convention on Women in India on this International Women’s Day, we look forward to an engaging discussion on key issues shaping gender equality in public employment. One of the central debates following our inaugural session will be on the motion: “The House believes that a 50% reservation for women in government jobs is essential for achieving gender equality in public employment.”
