Nayanika holds a B.A. LL.B. degree (with a first division) from National Law Institute University, Bhopal and worked for over four years as a corporate lawyer thereafter. She has a vast array of experience in dealing with nuances about corporate and commercial law from researching to drafting and analysis of various business models. She has worked on both the transaction and advisory side and has worked on myriad laws including – company law, extant foreign exchange regulations, foreign contribution laws, contract laws and also employment laws.

While working she realized that she wanted to understand the depth effect of the advent of new technologies coming into play and the legal lacunae in dealing with such upcoming disruptions in the Media and Technology sector. This lead her to pursue her master’s from the London School of Economics and Political Sciences and delve deeper into the field and media and technology laws to understand the complexities of the said field.
