Leela Tarang Krishna is faculty of Jindal Global Law School, O.P. Jindal Global (Institution of Eminence Deemed to be University). He holds LL.M. (Competition Law) from King’s College, London, and B.B.A. LL.B (Honours in Business Law & Intellectual Property Law) from Jindal Global Law School.

Prior to joining JGLS, he worked at Rāyabāri Networks Media as the Chief Investigative Officer. He investigated Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) and all of its anti-competitive practices & privacy abusive practices. He worked on empowering consumers and stakeholders about the extent of information that is collected by social media companies; how it is used and how much it can influence a consumer’s behaviour, actions, and lives. He has also worked as an advocate at the Competition Commission of India, dealing with cartel cases involving bidders for the Indian Railways and other Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises.

His interests revolve around understanding how companies around the world compete and how they affect the choice; free will and liberty of a consumer
