Vidushi Kothari has earned her B.A. in International Affairs and in Psychology from the George Washington University; her LL.B. from Government Law College, Mumbai University; and her LL.M. from the Indian Law Institute.

Thereafter she has received a funded Erasmus+ fellowship at the Queen Mary University of London for her research in the area of Restorative Justice systems.

She has undertaken training courses for teaching students with dyslexia in higher education settings from the British Dyslexia Association. Her areas of interest and research inclinations include Comparative Constitutional law; White Collar Crime; Contract Law; Law of Torts; Feminist Theory; Jurisprudence; Disability Law; Alternate Dispute Resolution; and Andragogy.
