Stuti Lal is a Teaching & Research for Intellectual Pursuit (TRIP) Fellow & Academic Tutor at JGLS, O.P Jindal University, Sonipat. She has completed her B.B.A. LL.B (Hons.) from Chanakya National Law University, Patna, and LLM from O.P. Jindal Global University, Sonipat. She specializes in Intellectual Property and Technology Laws and wrote her dissertation on ‘The Augmentation of Performer’s Royalty Right’.

Stuti has consistently maintained her position in the top 5 percent of the batch throughout law school during graduation and post-graduation. She is the recipient of the prestigious Savitri Jindal Merit Scholarship and the only student from her batch to be awarded the Dean’s Award for Outstanding Contribution to Academic Initiatives for 2019-2020.

She has also represented India and JGU at the KLS Graduate Student Law Conference: The Deafening Silence of the Law organized by the Kent Law School, University of Kent, United Kingdom.

Ms. Lal has served as the Student Editor of the Editorial Board of CNLU Law Journal, Vol. VII. She has been actively involved with research and has regularly published in law reviews along with presenting research papers at various National as well as International forums.

Over the years, she has mentored undergraduate students in drafting, research, debating, and group discussions. She has also chaired and adjudicated several State-level debating competitions, Mock Parliaments and Model United Nations.
