Biography

Dr. Savita is a Faculty Member in the area of Finance at Jindal Global Law School, O.P. Jindal Global (Institution of Eminence Deemed to Be University). She earned her Ph.D. from IIT Roorkee and holds an MBA in Finance from Maharshi Dayanand University (MDU), Rohtak. She also qualified for the UGC Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) in 2012. 

Her research focuses on modelling stock market volatility under varying conditions of risk and uncertainty. Her broader academic interests include financial markets, investment analysis, and quantitative approaches to decision-making. 

With over six years of teaching experience, Dr. Savita has taught a range of courses in finance and decision sciences. She has published research articles in international journals and presented her work at several national and international conferences, contributing to the growing body of knowledge in finance and financial economics.
