Ms. Samanvi Narang is associated with Jindal Global Law School as TRIP Fellow and Academic Tutor. Ms. Narang completed her B.A.,LL.B (Hons.) with specialization in Energy Laws from School of Law, University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun with remarkable academic records. Thereon, she completed her masters in Corporate and Commercial laws from NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad. She has assisted Ms. Sahana Ramesh for teaching Company Law as Teaching Assistant and got an Outstanding Grade. She was also associated with Virtual Law School as Teaching and Research Assistant for Company Law. Passionate about teaching and intellectual group interaction, she has taught Constitutional Law Course as Teaching Associate with Lex Templum.
Throughout her journey at Law school, Ms. Narang has participated and won various moot court competitions, debate competitions. Her team won the TILA International Energy Law Moot Court Competition in 2018. Ms. Narang was also felicitated with Best Speaker Award for her outstanding performance in UPES Novice Moot Court Competition, 2015. She has also been Research Head for Moot Court Committee at UPES. For her diverse yet exceptional performance in extra-curricular activities throughout her degree program, Ms. Narang received International Council for Justice’ Award for Outstanding performance in Extra-curricular Activities.
Samanvi has written her dissertation in the UG course in the discipline of energy laws, a part of which is published in Energy For All Journal ISBN 978-93-5265-482-6 titled ‘CBET in South Asian Region: Opportunities and Roads Ahead’. In her Post Graduation, she authored her Dissertation in the area of International Investment Arbitration in the pursuit of the renewable energy sector. Her areas of interest are International Investment Law, Arbitration Law, Constitutional Law, Company Law and Competition Law.
