Biography

Varshini Sudhinder is a Lecturer at Jindal Global Law School (JGLS). She has obtained a degree in B.A. (Hons) Economics from Aryabhatta College, University of Delhi and an LL.B. from Jindal Global Law School. After her LL.B., she joined Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas where she worked on various subject matters in corporate litigation. Recently, she has completed her LL.M. in. Criminal Law and Criminal Justice from Birkbeck College, University of London.

Varshini's research interests include criminology, family law, and other public law in its intersections with jurisprudence, psychoanalysis and political theology.
