Biography

Upasana Khatri is an Assistant Professor at O.P. Jindal Global Law School, India. She completed her B.A. LL.B. from Banasthali University, Rajasthan, and her LL.M. from National Law University, Delhi. Her academic and research interests include Labour Law, Constitutional Law, and issues concerning gender and social justice. She has published research articles in reputed national and international journals and is actively engaged in teaching, research, and academic development.
