Prof. Swati Malik is a research associate at the Jindal Global Law School. Swati holds a JD and LLM in International Trade and Business Laws from James E. Rogers College of Law, University of Arizona. She has a graduate degree in law (LLB) from Jindal Global Law School. She has interned with various international and national law firms, NGO’s, and advocates.
