Siddhant Vyas is an Assistant Professor of Law and Assistant Dean of the Office of Applied Legal Skills at Jindal Global Law School. An Advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi, he has worked in private-practice and in-house legal roles across India and Europe, with experience spanning corporate and commercial disputes, insolvency and enforcement, corporate advisory, regulatory compliance, and cross-border contracting. His teaching and research interests include professional ethics, negotiation and dispute resolution, international trade and investment law, security governance, defence-industrial policy, international humanitarian law, and emerging defence technologies. His current research examines how law and institutional design can advance strategic capability, responsible innovation, and stability in conflict-affected environments.

Recipient of funding from the J.H. Jaarsma-Adolfs Fonds for his LL.M. at the University of Amsterdam; full DLL Scholarship for the LL.B. Global Law programme at Tilburg University; Dr. R.G. Rao Trust Academic Scholarship; Best Student Researcher, Jindal Global Law School; and Winner, Student Research Paper Colloquium.
Current research projects include the proposed Centre for Security Policy and Innovation (CSPI), currently being incubated within JGLS/JGU; the Alternative Security Mechanisms framework; the Regional Investment Climate and Conflict Index; and research concerning responsible defence innovation, defence-industrial policy, and the governance of emerging military technologies.
Co-Founder, Vyas Consulting, Amsterdam, the Netherlands (2018–2021), a start-up consultancy advising on business formation and strategy, cryptocurrency taxation, ISO and EU GDPR regulatory compliance, and legal assistance concerning EU student rights.
Currently developing the Centre for Security Policy and Innovation (CSPI), a proposed law-led interdisciplinary research platform under institutional consideration at JGLS/JGU. No formal research-centre affiliation at present.
