Biography

Shubham Shandilya is an Assistant Professor of Law at Jindal Global Law School. He holds an LL.M. from Melbourne Law School, University of Melbourne, where he was awarded the prestigious Alex Chernov Scholarship and the Melbourne Global Graduate Scholarship. He has previously served as an Assistant Professor at Symbiosis Law School, Pune, and as a Research Scholar at the Rajasthan State Judicial Academy. His research interests span constitutional law, administrative law, comparative public law, and international law. He has contributed to legal scholarship through various publications in SCOPUS and other peer-reviewed journals. Additionally, he has been involved in research projects at Melbourne Law School, focusing on caste and constitutional law.
