Biography

My work at Jindal Global Law School (JGLS), O.P. Jindal Global University, straddles the line between academic governance, research administration, and legal scholarship in my capacity as an Assistant Professor and Assistant Dean (research). Public International Law, Human Rights Law, Administrative Law, Environmental law, and Constitutionalism are the main areas of my teaching and research. I am also interested in studying the Global South and International Environmental Law.

My scholarly work has been published in peer-reviewed journals. I've also given presentations at national and international conferences and continue to work on interdisciplinary legal research.

In addition to teaching and research, I am the Assistant Dean (Research), responsible for a wide range of research administration and the formulation of policies. My responsibilities include formulating institutional research policy, managing faculty research projects, administering internal and external research funding, strengthening research centers, and encouraging cross-disciplinary research collaboration. I've also helped to develop and implement various institutional regulations controlling research administration and academic governance at JGLS.

I am also the Assistant Editor of Jindal Global Law Review and a Research Fellow at the Centre for Constitutional Law Studies. These positions allow me to deepen legal scholarship, increase institutional research, and assist students and early-career researchers.

My work is driven by a desire to advance academically rigorous and socially relevant legal research, as well as to contribute to the establishment of institutional frameworks that encourage excellence in scholarship and public participation. I am particularly interested in collaborating on International Law, Business and Human Rights, Environmental Law and Constitutionalism.
