Biography

Pranjal Khare is a distinguished advocate and is currently working as an Associate Professor at Jindal Global Law School, O.P. Jindal Global University, India. His core research interests include Property Law, Artificial Intelligence, Alternative Dispute Resolution, IPR and International Relations. A dedicated legal scholar, he is an active contributor to global academic discourse, with an extensive publication record that includes research featured in prestigious Q1 and Q2 Scopus-indexed journals.

He completed his BA.LL.B. (Hons.) from the Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law (RGNUL), Punjab, in 2019, and went on to earn his LL.M. from the National Law Institute University (NLIU), Bhopal, in 2020. This rigorous academic foundation anchors his specialized approach to legal pedagogy and scholarship. Alongside his teaching responsibilities, he is currently pursuing his PhD from the Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law (RGNUL), Punjab, where his doctoral research focuses on the impact and integration of digital legal aid platforms. He has cleared the UGC NET in 2020. Additionally, he has also cleared the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) and is a registered advocate with the Madhya Pradesh State Bar Council.

In the field of international relations and governance, he co-authored "From Isolation to Middle Power: Vietnam's Sports Diplomacy Strategy Through the Southeast Asian Games," published in Social Sciences & Humanities Open (Elsevier, Q1 Scopus, April 2026).

Addressing modern legal technology, his work "AI and Legal Labels: How Algorithms Shape Criminal Justice" features in the International Journal for the Semiotics of Law (Springer, Q1 Scopus, December 2025).

Additionally, his comparative socio-legal research includes "Legal Protections for Gig Workers: A Comparative Socio-legal Study of Indonesia and India," published in The Indonesian Journal of Socio-Legal Studies (Universitas Indonesia, Q2 Scopus, Vol. 5: No. 1, October 2025).
